Instrumental in bringing New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty to the central North Island, Fraser Holland leads the team as Managing Director. Born and bred in Napier, Fraser saw the opportunity to initially obtain the franchise rights for Sotheby’s International Realty in Hawke’s Bay, offering vendors a premium real estate alternative; a new way to sell their property – one with local expertise and true global reach. The first office was in Havelock North, established in 2012. A strong relationship has been built with Mark Harris and Julian Brown as holders of the New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty master franchise, and the success of the brand in Hawke’s Bay has led Fraser and his team to launch a further eight offices throughout the central North Island, from Wairarapa through to the most recent opening in Hamilton. Fraser has a business degree in marketing and 20 plus years’ experience in senior sales, marketing, and general management roles. Previously Commercial Manager at New Zealand Rugby, Fraser has also worked with international advertising agency Ogilvy, Heinz Watties, and Lion Nathan. With a customer-centric approach and an ability to consider projects from a variety of viewpoints, Fraser’s skillset encompasses sales, new developments, and marketing with a difference, allowing him to work with clients adding value based on considerable experience and consummate professionalism. “Our goal is to present and market properties locally better than anyone else, while utilising the Sotheby’s International Realty network to bring new interest to our regions.
