Terms and conditions
- The competition runs from 1st August to 27th October 2023.
- The prize draw includes the opportunity to win one of two weekend packages to Matakauri Lodge or Hulbert House located in Queenstown on Friday 17th November and Saturday 18th November 2023.
- Winners will be drawn week commencing 30th October 2023 and notified by phone and/or email. If we are unable to contact the winners within two days, another winner will be drawn. (Dates are non transferable, winners will forfeit the prize if unavailable for these dates).
- One winner will be drawn per venue package.
- Each package includes a two night stay for two people (occupying one room) at Matakauri Lodge or Hulbert House on the above mentioned dates, pre-dinner drinks, canapes and dinner bookings/allowance for both nights, full use of all facilities in the relevant venue, tickets to any QT Marathon event (10km, half or full x2 - please note, preferred distance may not be available. Entry cannot be transferred to another person or event or traded for money), access to the hosted VIP area on Marathon day, branded apparel for each person consisting of t shirt, cap and drink bottle.
- If flights are necessary to travel, there will be a contribution of up to $600 included for each package won. Any other travel expenses, spending money and additional transport/parking and activities are not included.
- All complete, in-person appraisals prepared by our NZSIR offices between 1st August and 27th October 2023 are eligible for entry (competition entry is not dependent on listing or sale of property but is dependent on an appraisal being conducted in regions where we have an office).
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash and is at the sole discretion of NZSIR.
- Prizes can only be redeemed for Friday 17th November and Saturday 18th November 2023.
