With a passion for people and a commitment to achieving outstanding results, Fran Jordan brings over 13 years of real estate experience to his role at New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty. UK native, Fran’s journey into real estate began after a successful career as a City and Guilds-certified plumber and self-employed business owner. Arriving in New Zealand in 1995, he fell in love with the country and established his own company, combining his background in construction and renovation. Inspired to transition into real estate after selling his own renovated home, Fran quickly excelled in the industry, establishing himself as a top sales performer. In his last role in Half Moon Bay, Auckland, he specialised in auction sales and achieved top individual office salesperson status for two consecutive years. Community-focused and self-motivated, Fran is not afraid to rise to a challenge – qualities exemplified in 1998 when he cycled the length of New Zealand, raising over $30,000 for Youthline. Now based in Napier, Fran is thrilled to bring his experience and enthusiasm to the dynamic team at New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty, delivering exceptional service to the Hawke’s Bay region.
