With a healthcare background, business studies and project management qualifications, Lisa-Jane (L-J) has spent much of her career in project management and facility development roles and her love of people and property made a career in real estate a natural progression. She loves Sotheby’s luxury brand and impeccable standards and the diverse national and international client base and properties they attract. L-J is co-owner of New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty Auckland Eastern Bays in partnership with her husband Greg Dennerly. The duo has sold a range of premium properties, from residential homes and penthouse apartments to coastal havens, luxury lodges and hotels. She is professional, well-informed and a great communicator – preferring old fashioned face to face conversations to keep her clients informed and updated each and every step of their journey so that they make the right decisions for achieving the best possible result. When not in the office L-J can be found socialising with friends and family and cooking gourmet meals. When the weather is fine she will be out on the Waitemata Harbour exploring the Gulf Islands, catching snapper and relaxing deck side with a glass of wine and a good book.
