Robbie grew up on a merino sheep and cropping property in Western Australia where he learned the values of hard work, trust, community, and land management from a young age. Prior to his career in real estate, Robbie spent time in the Army, mining, owned a brewery pub and developed technologies in water management where he obtained two global patents. Robbie’s desire to help people realise their dreams through real estate captured his interest some years ago, and it’s no surprise that Robbie chose to work with New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty to focus on premium properties in the greater Auckland region. Waimauku is home for Robbie and his partner, who have a lifestyle block with their horses and share a love of playing polo. As an avid kite surfer and mountain biker, the area is heaven for him with plenty of choice for beaches, forests and mountain bike trails to keep Robbie well occupied when he is not servicing clients. Robbie is well known for his skills in matching properties to buyers where his strengths in negotiation, customer service and prospecting have seen him amass a property portfolio over $200 million for 2021-2022. With an excellent knowledge of the infrastructure projects being planned by Auckland Council in the region and his extensive network of contacts, Robbie is well-placed to help his clients reach the widest range of buyers in New Zealand and internationally through Sotheby's global reach.
