Win an escape in luxury

Winner will be announced week commencing 30th September. 

• The competition runs from 15 July to 20 September 2024.

• All complete, in-person appraisals prepared by our New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty (NZSIR) offices between 15 July and 20 September 2024 are eligible for entry (competition entry is not dependent on listing or sale of property but is dependent on an appraisal being conducted in regions where we have an office). Competition entry is not applicable for NZSIR staff and Licensees. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older and be residents of New Zealand. 

• The prize draw includes the opportunity to win seven nights for two people in Tahiti. 

• Travel package includes return flights with Air NZ economy class departing from Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch. Two nights twin share in Papeete at Te Moana Tahiti Resort in a standard room including breakfast, five nights twin share at Manava Beach Resort and Spa Moorea in a garden view room including breakfast, two course dinner for five nights at Manava Beach Resort and Spa (1 starter + 1 main course or 1 main course + 1 dessert. A surcharge may apply on some clearly identified dishes), return transfers from Papeete airport, ports and accommodation at Te Moana Tahiti Resort and Manava Beach Resort and Spa Moorea. 

• Package excludes resort fees and city tax approx. NZD$100 for two people in total which is payable by the winner at accommodation venues upon check-in. All other expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. 

• Package is valid for travel before 31 March 2025 and is subject to availability at time of booking. Black out period and exclusions apply. Bookings must be made at least seven days prior to travel. If the winner cancels their confirmed booking, supplier cancellation fees may apply and is payable by the winner. 

• Winner will be drawn week commencing 30th September 2024 and notified by phone and/or email. If we are unable to contact the winner within two days, another winner will be drawn. 

• The winner will be required to book with House of Travel Auckland City via NZSIR and have valid passports, visas and documentation to travel to Tahiti (if required) to enter the draw. In the event the prize winner cannot travel for any reason (including the inability to travel due to COVID-19), the prize will be forfeited. It is highly recommended the winner purchases travel insurance that includes Pandemic cover.

• The travel package prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash and is at the sole discretion of NZSIR.

• By registering your contact details with NZSIR you provide consent to be contacted for marketing purposes. By accepting the prize, the winners agree to share trip photography and agree to be interviewed post-trip, if required, for NZSIR marketing purposes.
