This house was absolutely amazing, with stunning views over the lake, beautifully furnished, super comfortable beds, great location for walks and restaurants, couldn’t fault it! We loved our stay there and would love to go again!

Magic location, wake-up with a view & snow on the mountains. Lakeview is five stars plus more . Clean well stocked with basic kitchen items . The spa is spotless. We enjoyed Lakeview to spend our honeymoon. Lakeview is a credit to the owners & to luxury rentals.

The bath & view is something I will never forget & the possum chair.

Brilliant luxury accommodation that sits above Queenstown harbour, fantastic viewing for NYE fireworks. Highly recommend for anyone seeking quality, with all the mod-coms and comforts that you would expect at home.

The rental was absolutely amazing. The photos on line were almost too good to be real, but they were real – indeed it was even more beautiful in person. The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and gave us fantastic space to spread out and also to be together in the gorgeous living room and outdoor space. The views and terrace were unbelievable. We loved the house so much we did not want to leave. We woke up to the most gorgeous view in the world and went to bed with the same gorgeous view. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we wanted to cook breakfast and relax with New Zealand wines. And the house was so conveniently located to town; it was right there. In fact it is right in the center of town (except for one short street which happens to be a short hill) but it was 100% worth it because we both had a spectacular view of the mountains and lake and were right in town. We did rent a car, but other than going to/from the airport we did not even need it with this house (we took tours from the center of town which was a 5-10 minute walk). We cannot say enough amazing things about this property and about its managers. We had a perfect experience with Sotheby’s and with this house. While we have so many places in the world we want to see, we already want to return to Queenstown and this house.
