This house has two parts to it. The first part comprises of two bedrooms a bathroom, laundry and modern kitchen. The dining and lounge areas are open plan. Heating is via a heat pump as well as a log burner. Hot water is reticulated gas. The second part of the house is similar to a one bedroom apartment in that it has a kitchen, bathroom, lounge and dining area as well as its own carport and a private back garden. The two are joined via a fire wall and internal passage door. Noise batts have been used in the wall between the main house and the apartment. Excellent for extended family or guests.
