Innovative thinker Stacey Venter joins New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty partnered with her mother, Annette Cameron. Together, the mother-daughter duo offer cross-generational expertise, difficult to come by in one person. Wisdom gained from vast property experience, combined with cutting edge marketing knowledge of the latest and greatest technologies, Annette and Stacey each bring with them unique skills, while sharing a great enthusiasm and passion for the real estate industry. The link between mother and daughter is like no other, and the love and loyalty Annette and Stacey hold for each other is transposed in their approach to business. Relationship focussed, the two utilise the deep connection they share to ensure all facets of the real estate process is carefully considered resulting in their clients receiving the very best result. The pair put a great emphasis on communication, truly listen to their clients, and pride themselves on their consistently quick action and response time. Above all, they believe integrity is key to their business accomplishments. After enjoying a successful real estate career in Auckland, Annette moved to Taupo in 2014. With exceptional negotiation skills, she has a proven knack for home presentation, staging and interior design, ensuring the homes she markets are presented in their best light. Engrained in her mother’s real estate career since childhood, sales are in Stacey’s blood. With a Bachelor of Commerce to her name, Stacey elected to follow in Annette’s footsteps and join the property industry where she quickly garnered a reputation for her fantastic marketing ability, treating her clients to innovative, high impact strategies. In January 2017, Annette and Stacey opted to join forces as one team, and haven’t looked back. Both Annette and Stacey truly love Taupo and appreciate living in such a beautiful part of the world. Involved in Taupo’s church community, the pair can be found out and about exploring the region with their dogs Ebby and Isla most weekends.
